COLORS
I may use Web Position Gold's "Non Dithering Colors".These colors are very...luscious and hypnotic.
li> or the Color Manipulator Device. This page is hard
to find sometimes...keep trying. It is simple to use and you can match background color with text color to see how they look together. It is my favorite!!!
Another one is Color Wheel Expert it has a couple of features the "Device" does not...but then the "Wheel" doesn't do some things the "Device" does.. But its not free.
BANNERS:
Paint Shop Pro 8.. and now Corel Paint Shop 12 as well as many others...This software is
extremely useful and easy to use for manipulating graphics, animations, and banners.
It is free and I really like the variety of fonts and visual effectsIt can be stylish or outrageous. They also have a very reasonable priced downloadable software program for web graphics
